Our mission is to take the scattered notes, the messy spreadsheets, and the constant "where did the money go?" out of small-fleet operations — and replace all of it with clarity you can act on in seconds. Privacy policy
Mr G: Fleet Manager is built on one simple promise: your business data is yours alone. The app does not collect, store on our side, or transmit any of your information. Everything you create — vehicles, rentals, customers, pricing, earnings — stays on your device and nowhere else.
We collect nothing. There are no accounts to create, no sign-ups, and no logins. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location, and we gather no usage analytics or tracking identifiers. Every record you enter — vehicle profiles, rental sessions, mileage, customer details, deposits, pricing plans, and maintenance or damage notes — is created and kept entirely on your own device.
Because we never receive your data, we cannot and do not use, read, analyze, profile, or sell it. There is no advertising engine and no behavioral tracking. Every feature — from live rental tracking to revenue trends and fleet utilization reports — runs locally on your device, powered only by the information you choose to enter.
All of your fleet and customer information is stored locally in the app on your device. We operate no cloud database tied to your records, and nothing is uploaded to our servers or any third party. Your data never leaves your hardware unless you deliberately export or back it up yourself.
Mr G contains no third-party analytics, no advertising networks, no marketing trackers, and no data-harvesting SDKs. We have not embedded outside services that could observe how you use the app or quietly collect information in the background.
Since your information stays on-device and is never sent over a network by us, its exposure to external risk is kept to a minimum. Your data is protected primarily by your device's own security — passcode, biometrics, and system-level encryption. We encourage you to keep your device secured and updated.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the app gathers no data from any user at all, it is inherently compliant with the principles of COPPA and similar protections for young people.
You have complete control over everything in the app. You can add, edit, or delete any record at any time. Removing the app from your device permanently erases all data associated with it — there are no hidden cloud backups, linked accounts, or server-side copies for us to retain, because none ever existed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to the app or changes in applicable rules. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Our core commitment — collecting nothing and keeping your data on your device — will not change.
